What's New?

We finally sold my favorite house in New York in August '99 after renting it for 2 years.  Being a landlord is not how we wanted to spend our retirement.
It was a great house though, 1922  Craftsman Bungalow with chestnut woodwork, hardwood floors, 5 bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living rooms, and den.  Gee, you'd think I was still trying to sell it!

The latest addition to our family is our new Generac generator with an 8hp Honda engine, 4200 watts of pure power, seen here in all it's glory.  We will never go hungry (or at least have Spam for a week) again.  Now if only the power would go out.

After  two years (seems longer), the fence that contains the animals (and the dogs too) is finally done.  Actually it serves to keep out more animals than it keeps in.
