delmru.inf and delExplorerMRU.inf
Delmru.inf is a small file which will delete the Most Recently Used Registry entries for a number of programs, including Fax Viewer, Cover Page Editor, Excel, FrontPage 2000, Windows Media Player, PhotoDraw, Internet Explorer Typed URLs, Microsoft Paint, and Wordpad. DelExplorerMRU is a version of the same file for Windows XP.
Download the file by clicking its name below. When it is on the local hard disk, right-click it and select Install. Reboot, and the entries will have been deleted.
