Windows XP Balloon Help
These two little programs will enable users to turn off or turn back on the balloon help in Windows XP.
Instructions for use:
Click the links below to download the files. To turn balloon help off, double-click Balloon_off.reg and OK the addition of the information to the Registry. To turn balloon help back on, do the same with Balloon_on.reg.
You must reboot for the change to take effect.
