DeleteOldFiles.reg
Some Windows XP users find that the disk cleaner utility (Cleanmgr.exe) will not run to completion as it hangs at the Compress Old Files stage of the procedure. This registry edit will remove Compress Old Files from the disk cleanup and allow the program to complete.
Instructions for use
To use it, download it to the hard disk. Then either double-click the filename and OK the merge when prompted or right-click and select "Merge" when prompted. Reboot the system for the registry change to take effect.
