1899 Restore (patch.reg)
Patch.reg will correct the error which sets the Restore point in Windows ME to Saturday, December 30, 1899. It also repairs Windows ME's Help functions if most of the links are missing on that page.
Instructions for Use
Download the program to the hard disk. Then either double-click the filename and OK the merge when prompted or right-click and select "Merge" when prompted.
